Is Mexicana Airlines offering flights from California to Guadalajara?

Howdy! Here is a good bankruptcy question. Please feel free to add your comments to the mix!

I just went to the website to check the prices on a flight from Fresno or San Jose, California to Guadalajara and it didnt offer me the option to depart from any airport in the United States. Does that mean they aren’t offer those flights anymore? Or is the website malfunctioning.

Mi pregunta es si Mexicana sigue ofreciendo vuelos de Fresno, CA o San Jose, CA hasta Guadalajara porque fui al sitio y no me dejo poner ningun aeropuerto estadounidense como el lugar de origen.

    Mexicana is currently going through Mexico’s version of Chapter 11, which means it is filing for bankruptcy. All ticket sales in USA are stopped until the airline’s financial restructuring has taken place…

    From Fresno or San Jose, obviously not -
    But Mexicana certainly has SFO or LAX direct flights to Guadalajara -
    You will have to drive to one of these airports, or take a connecting flight -
    Pero no sé lo que fue la situación despues que fue a cambiar vuelos -
    Hasta que la aerolínea es en quiebra despues el mes de Julio –

    I think so, since Guadalajara is one of mexicana’s hubs.
