How Can I Rent An Apartment After Declaring Bankruptcy?

Try another apt community, this should not stop you from housing. sometimes having at least the full amount of 1 month rent and deposit available you should not have problems

    I know here, In Canada, ya can, as long as they dont ask for a credit check

    I know of several people that have filed bankruptcy and have then rented apartments within 1-2 yrs.
    Be up front and honest with the management. A lot of apartment complexes will still rent to you but charge you a higher deposit.
