When Declaring Bankruptcy Can I Include School Or Property Taxes Owed?
I live in TX and am declaring bankruptcy at the end of the month. I have paid my property tax but not my school tax yet. Can I include the school tax in my bankruptcy filing?

include all debts. Recognize that almost all taxes owed to government entities are not dischargeable.

You will include all your debts. They may not be dischargable in your bankruptcy but you must list them.

I don;t think so – I doubt you will be allowed to not pay property taxes and keep your house – check with your lawyer
